Global Playground Initiative

Global Playground Initiative (GPI) is an international cultural festival hosted annually in Ann Arbor, Michigan and streamed globally. The initiative brings traditional children’s games from around the world into a shared, contemporary platform. Each event highlights a distinct cultural tradition and by combining physical experiences with digital access, GPI offers live programming, educational resources, and interactive toolkits for families and educators worldwide.
